Public Classes Online!

I am going to try this schedule to try to accommodate those with and without schedules.  I am sure we will be operating in this manner for awhile. However, if things suddenly change the schedule can be revamped pretty quickly to service people’s needs. I also ask for your patience as I perfect some of this system on the fly.

So let’s stay healthy and well throughout these times.  It is important for both body and brain to connect move and keep some structure.

Mon 730 am   Yoga easing into the week all summer!

Mon 730 pm Pilates all summer!

MON 830 pm Chill and Yin  July 27 Aug 3,10,17,24,31

Tues  10 am  Mixed ; core, pliates , yoga , natural movement  all summer!

Wed 730am  Yoga for strength with natural movement all summer!

Wed 8pm YIN AND CHILL   NOT ON JULY 1 Classes running are July 8,15,22

Thurs  10 am  Flow July 2,9,16, 23  NO CLASS JULY 30

Fri 730am   Yoga Friday FUN and Functional Movement, getting upside down and all around July 3 last class for the summer

 

If you would like to self organize a group and get your own class, time and type that can be arranged just let me know. You are also welcome to share this with friends and family to join in the regularly scheduled classes.

Packages are available 5 class passes  $80 and 10 class passes $150 right now to be used by whenever this ends.

I will use Zoom to connect everyone.

Please sign up for classes 24 hrs or more in advance and once you have signed up you  are securing your spot so nobody else can have it. You will then get a zoom invite to join.

For now I will limit 10 per class.

Please be ready with mat and props prior to the actual start time of class.

Classes will be live, not recorded! Yes, I will see you.
